Swiss hospitals and clinics, together with insurers, have recognised the promotion of self-management with the Symptom Navi programme as a quality improvement measure (QIM). Hospitals and clinics applying the Symptom Navi can now include this in their quality contract as an action for patient safety. Information are available in French, German, and Italian.
